Questions
How does per-store pricing work?
The plan price includes your first store, and each extra store is a smaller add-on. Add a store and your next invoice is prorated automatically. A store is one Freefall page with its own drops, branding, keys and payouts.
What counts as a seat?
Everyone on your team, including you, plus invites that haven't been accepted yet. Trader and Exchange let you add extra seats any time.
What's the platform fee?
A percentage of each sale, lower on bigger plans. It's deducted automatically when the sale is paid out to your Stripe account. No listing fees, no fees on drops that don't sell.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every paid plan starts with 14 days free. You can cancel before it ends and you won't be charged.
What if a payment fails?
You keep your plan for 7 days while you update your card. After that your account moves to Ticker limits: extra stores are unpublished and drops over the limit are paused. Nothing is deleted, and it all comes back when you pay.
Who handles refunds and chargebacks?
You do, under your own policy. Refunds are issued from your Freefall console and paid from your payout account; disputes are answered there with your own evidence. Freefall isn't responsible or liable for returns or refunds.
Can I change plans later?
Any time. Upgrades apply straight away and are prorated; you can downgrade or cancel from Manage billing.
Do you offer Enterprise terms?
Yes: unlimited stores and seats, a negotiated platform fee, an uptime SLA and dedicated onboarding. Talk to sales.
